Compensation Package
Salary Range: $230,000 - $250,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Qualifications and Care Model
- MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible (preferably early-career physicians)
- Experience with Value-Based Care Models
- Preferred clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or an ambulatory care setting
- Standard schedule: 8 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexibility for 4x10 hour shifts available)
- EMR System: NextGen
- No on-call responsibilities
- Average visit duration: 30 minutes; Annual Wellness visits: 1 hour; 12-15 patients per day
- Maximum patient panel: 1,250
- Complex patient follow-ups: 6-8 times per year
In-Office Procedures
Responsibilities include basic suturing, laceration repair, simple wound care, diabetic foot examinations, and IUD insertion (a plus).
- Onsite point-of-care ultrasound available
Patient Demographics
Primarily serving senior patients, with some pediatric care.
- Independent primary care center, not affiliated with any hospital
- Medicare services through Anthem and CMS
- Utilizes PicassoMD for referrals
- Partnership with LabCorp for laboratory services
Role of the Physician
As the 'quarterback' of the healthcare team, the physician will provide comprehensive care to patients, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes a clinical pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist, and medical assistant.
