- **Shared Weekend and Evening Call Schedule**: Enjoy a rotating call schedule that is adequately distributed throughout the group, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
- **Clinical Focus**: Spend 80% of your time on inpatient care and 20% on outpatient care, providing a balanced and engaging clinical experience.
- **Daily Patient Census**: Manage a daily patient census of 24-28 patients, allowing for a high volume of cases and opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**
- **Medical Degree**: Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- **Board Eligibility/Certification**: Be board eligible or certified in Cardiology.
- **Licensure**: Hold an active medical license in the State of Arizona or be eligible for licensure.
- **Experience**: Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Cardiologist.
- **Leadership and Program-Building**: Demonstrate leadership and program-building skills, with a focus on growing and developing our cardiology program.
