About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Cardiac Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients, including those who have undergone CABG, TAVRs, and other cardiac procedures.
  • Monitor and manage patient medications, including titration of cardiac drips.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program.
  • At least one year previous experience in clinical nursing preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
