Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Rock Island, Illinois. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac skillset and care experience, with a minimum of 2 years of current experience in PCU, Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown. The successful candidate will be able to float to our Bettendorf campus when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU setting
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • 2 years of current experience in PCU, Cardiac/Tele or Stepdown
  • Strong cardiac skillset and care experience
  • Ability to float to Bettendorf campus when needed
  • Active ACLS (AHA) certification
  • Active BLS (AHA) certification
