Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications accurately and safely, monitor patients' responses to treatment, and report any concerns or changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques, and provide emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Current LPN Licensure: Possess a current LPN license in the State of Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Hold current BLS certification.
- Experience and Education: Have at least one year of LPN experience, with acute care experience preferred.
