Key Responsibilities:- Manage pharmacy operations, including patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and cashiers to ensure they are meeting company standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of pharmacy supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy financials to identify areas for improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting required.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Previous people management/leadership experience.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation.
Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $22.50 per hour - $31.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
