As a Lead Ads Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for building scalable and reliable systems aligned with product targets and requirements. You'll design, develop, test, and continuously improve the performance of TikTok Lead Ads frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective
* Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements:

* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors with 3+ years of work experience
* Proficiency and experience working with JavaScript ES5 or later, CSS, and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue
* Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience with the advertising industry
* Experience with consumer-user-facing products
