About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a supervisor on the weekends in our ICU department. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. You will also be responsible for establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.

Responsibilities
  • Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
  • Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
  • Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  • Maintain documentation of resident care services.
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.

Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Should be a strong and positive team director for all members of the staff.
  • Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
