About the Role:
DaVita Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
