Overview

Swedish Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Critical Care Unit Fellowship program. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in critical care nursing and work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Neuro Critical Care Unit, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in critical care nursing.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to critical care nursing practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course (within 90 days of hire).
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
