Position: Route Supervisor

Join Our Workforce: We are on the lookout for a Route Supervisor to enhance our Wyoming Valley Division. This position is pivotal in guiding a team, nurturing future leaders, and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance.

Primary Duties:

  • Allocate daily workforce and equipment to maximize service quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Engage with clients, local authorities, and other partners to maintain superior service levels
  • Educate and coach staff on safety protocols, equipment handling, and company regulations
  • Enhance route productivity and manage workload distribution effectively
  • Examine incidents, implement disciplinary measures, and provide retraining as necessary
  • Review records and guarantee adherence to industry regulations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to understand their aspirations and inspire them
  • Participate in special initiatives and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license; CDL is preferred
  • Capability to lift over 50lbs
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to operate independently
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in waste management, transportation, or manufacturing sectors

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to all weather conditions
  • Physical demands checklist applies
  • Regularly required to lift over 50lbs
