Banquet Captain

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling banquet service personnel, assigning tasks, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

• Oversee catered events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Schedule and assign tasks to banquet service personnel to ensure efficient event execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation codes to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Train staff to recognize and address improper guest behavior.
• Conduct thorough venue inspections to ensure readiness for events.
• Collaborate with hosts to address special requests and last-minute adjustments.
• Monitor event activities and respond to guest inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Supervise cleanup, inventory, and storage of supplies and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
