Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aloha Ambassador to join our team at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for encouraging, recruiting, registering, and scheduling guests to participate in recreation activities. Your primary goal will be to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, while providing information about available recreation facilities and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
Requirements
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation Equipment Certification
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
