Job Overview

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is a leading manufacturer of business jet aircraft, and we are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Interior Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position in our Completions Department, where you will work under general supervision to remove, install, and/or fabricate aircraft interiors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Safely performing aircraft removal, installation, and/or fabrication of aircraft interiors.
  • Coordinating with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs, and quality specifications.
  • Using the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks, and to sign-off work.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong mechanical background, including experience with hand tools, table saws, compound miter saws, planers, jointers, bandsaws, routers, and cordless power tools.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • The ability to use hand/power tools and equipment associated with installation and removal of interiors.
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs, work in small restricted areas, lift up to 40 pounds, and work any shift.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
