About the Role

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team as an Intake Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate our behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer the CANS/ANSA assessments and interpret results to identify client needs
  • Formulate recommendations for each client and complete necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • License eligible or licensed in the state of Indiana as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
