At Restore Hyper Wellness, we're passionate about helping people live healthier lives. As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Assist Clients: Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Client Onboarding: Complete medical waivers, create profiles in our point-of-sale system, and educate clients on our services.
- Sales and Service: Conduct tours, sell service packages and memberships, and educate clients on Restore services.
- Store Operations: Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain a safe and clean environment, and serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a fun and engaging store culture, ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for their contributions.
- Passion for Health and Wellness: Share our passion for helping people live healthier lives.
- Customer Service Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Weekend Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Education and Sales Experience: Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field, and have at least one year of sales experience.
