Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator ICU Stepdown to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the ICU Stepdown unit
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
