Job Title: Compassionate Care Team Member

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver Professional. As a Home Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide emotional and psychological support to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with personal hygiene, ambulation, and rehabilitation, as well as reminding clients to take prescribed medication and helping them with mobility around the house or outside.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Assist with ambulation and rehabilitation.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
  • Help with mobility around the house or outside.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Requirements:
  • Valid photo ID and Social Security Card.
  • Successful completion of state training requirements or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation every single day.
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
