Job SummaryUnder the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential patient care and support services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Assisting patients with mobility and transferring them safely
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Participating in patient education and promoting a culture of patient-centered care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
