**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

1. Do you have 5+ years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE

2. Proven ability to confidently tackle complex challenges.

3. Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.

5. Do you have proficiency with project management software.

6. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.

7. Do you have strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.

8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
