Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
This leadership role oversees the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of inventory across multiple distribution centers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Inventory Planning and Procurement: Plan and execute inventory purchases based on sales forecasts, customer buying habits, and historical demand data.
  • Stock Level Management: Monitor stock levels daily, ensuring optimal stock availability across all distribution centers.
  • Expediting and Supply Chain Coordination: Expedite orders as necessary to meet fluctuating demand or urgent customer needs while minimizing lead times.
  • Market and Demand Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, product demand, and pricing volatility to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory levels with promotions and product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a multi-distribution center environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and knowledge of supply chain management principles.
