- Communication and Response: Respond promptly and professionally to all security-related calls and incidents, utilizing our security cellular phone.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our shopping public through a professional and helpful attitude.
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Maintain awareness of critical areas of the property, ensuring they are being monitored and secured.
- Security Operations: Maintain a thorough understanding of all security operations, policies, and procedures, and document security activity using corporate and center security forms.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the Security Supervisor and Director in implementing the center's Security work plan, assigned work activities, projects, and programs.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new security personnel and ensure compliance with all Corporate and Security policies and procedures.
- Community Engagement: Establish and maintain working relationships with store managers and employees to enhance the security and safety of all employees and the general public.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the field or a related area, with a valid CA State Guard Card.
