Customer Experience Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage membership databases and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and in-person
- Process membership renewals and new applications
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in customer service or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
