Nurse - DaVita

DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
• Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
