Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certification in a specialty area (e.g., OR, pediatrics) preferred
  • One year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Operating Room
