Job Description:

As an Inventory Excellence Specialist with Acosta Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in creating a radically helpful consumer experience in our newest retail store. You will combine your passion for great customer service with inventory excellence to drive sales and growth.

In this dynamic fast-paced environment, you will be expected to thrive under pressure, making timely decisions that positively impact the team and the consumer. Your active curiosity and problem-solving skills will be essential in facilitating collaboration and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a radically helpful environment by supporting product flow from receiving to shelf placement.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cycle counts, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining stock room excellence.
  • Manage omni-channel systems, process receiving, shipping, transfers, and prepare new products for launches.
  • Contribute to an environment of collaboration and support through effective communication and personal accountability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of retail experience.
  • 2+ years of previous stock experience in high volume business.
  • Action-oriented and motivated to do what is best for the consumer and the team.
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to gather and analyze data from multiple sources and plan prioritized work assignments.
