Caregiver for Adults and Seniors

Job Summary:
Vitra Health is a home health care organization that specializes in the care management of adults and seniors. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, eating, and toileting, according to the plan of care. Travel to clients' homes within a stated availability and travel radius. Maintain a working smartphone with cellular data access to use the required scheduling system. All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit for a medical or religious exemption.

Requirements:
Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is required.
