Production Director

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we're looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you'll be responsible for leading and developing front-line supervisors, driving a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and coaching to front-line supervisors to drive a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability.
- Remain accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste, and downtime.
- Track and report on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of hands-on management experience and direct manufacturing experience with a consumer baked goods company.
- Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems. Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred.
