Deliver Exceptional Customer Service as a CSR/Teller

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our Financial Center team in Holland, MI. As a CSR/Teller, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, building strong relationships, and contributing to business growth.

About the Role:

  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to deliver consultative conversations, helping customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Maintain a high level of risk awareness, following bank policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience:
  • Become familiar with customers' specific needs, offering tailored guidance to help them meet their financial objectives.
  • Act as a single point of contact, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing issues professionally.
  • Earn customers' trust by maintaining confidentiality and communicating clearly.
Operations:
  • Streamline daily office responsibilities, working seamlessly with the platform team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing records, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed to maintain a high level of quality.
Referrals:
  • Recognize customer needs and proactively refer them to Bankers or business partners for consultative conversations.
  • Stay informed about Retail products and services, using tools to track referrals effectively.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in cash handling and customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, interact comfortably with the public, and show sound judgment in decision-making.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year, considering factors like location and experience. Fifth Third Bank provides competitive compensation and benefits packages to its employees.
