Perimeter Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Located in Garland, Texas, we offer a serene and empowered environment for patients and staff alike.

We are committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, processing incoming calls, delivering messages, distributing mail, providing clerical support, and assisting Human Resources and Accounts Payable as assigned by the Manager.

This is a part-time evening shift position, varying based on assigned schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner, process them to the appropriate party, and take messages when necessary.
  • Greet and route all visitors to the facility, ensuring they sign a Visitor Confidentiality Statement and Visitor Log.
  • Notify the charge nurse of resident visitors, verify their approval status, and update the log accordingly.
  • Monitor office supply inventory, organize storage, distribute supplies, and perform data entry for incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Cross-train with the Human Resources department to assist with personnel duties, filing, and data entry, and collaborate with the Accounts Payable department.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety practices and reporting any concerns or issues to the Safety Risk Officer.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
