Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant.

Location: Westover, MD

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SLP to work with students in a school-based setting. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to students according to their IEPs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education activities.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for or possession of state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
