Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Automation Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our organization.

The ideal candidate will take charge of programming robotic systems, specifically Fanuc Robots, within our production environment. This role involves the ability to read and analyze technical schematics and effectively load raw materials into the robotic machinery.

Responsibilities also encompass entering product designs into advanced computer modeling software, selecting and loading appropriate cutting tools for various tasks, and fine-tuning machine settings to align with product specifications.

Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process, conduct quality assurance tests throughout production and on finished goods, and ensure the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the machinery.

You will also play a key role in mentoring new employees on operational procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Fanuc Programming
• Expertise in Controls Engineering
• Skilled in Robotic Programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
