We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Services Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
About the RoleThis is a part-time opportunity with multiple FTEs available, including 0.6 and 0.9. The shift schedule includes night shifts, with the full-time night shift starting at 6p-6:30 am and the full-time evening shift starting at 12p-12:30am.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
