OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences? As a Hospitality Supervisor at Sheetz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time they visit.

In this position, you will work diligently behind the scenes to implement top-notch customer service protocols throughout our stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the Store Manager in recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of team members.
2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
3. Monitor compliance with Sheetz policies and procedures among team members.
4. Oversee customer transactions and maintain cleanliness standards to ensure a welcoming environment.
5. Manage inventory levels by ensuring proper placement, pricing, and restocking of merchandise.
6. Lead initiatives for profit management by overseeing shrink indicators, vendor relations, and retail operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two-year degree in a business-related field preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment such as food service, retail, or convenience operations.

Licenses/Certifications:
- ServeSafe certification and any other legally required certifications are preferred.
