Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Historic Boone Tavern Hotel & Restaurant. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our events.

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment, utensils, and silverware are clean, polished, and properly arranged.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with seating as needed.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them promptly and accurately.
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences and provide personalized service and attention to ensure a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and utensils, and replenish supplies as needed throughout the event.

• Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.
• Serving and/or set-up experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state law.
