  • Evidence Gathering: Collect and analyze evidence by interviewing clients and witnesses to build strong cases.

  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and reports on case progress.
Requirements
  • J.D. from an accredited law school with License in Kentucky
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in state and federal courts handling business litigation
  • Must have at least a small book of business to bring
  • Strong communication, research, negotiation, and reasoning skills are essential.
  • Experience with administrative hearings, court hearings, and arbitrations is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are a must.
