We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients in a critical access hospital setting. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a critical access hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Active Montana pharmacist license
- Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience
- Strong attention to detail and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
