Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation of care provided
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (though not required)
