About the Role

This position requires a Registered Professional Nurse with expertise in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care needs. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient needs for care rendered
  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests
  • Evaluates diagnostic test results to identify and assess patients' conditions
  • Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients

Requirements

  • Graduate of a professional academic nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree)
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
