Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Kent Lube Team Member to join our team at The Kent Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide positive and approachable interactions with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Greeting and Service: Greet guests warmly, provide efficient service, and ensure their vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Car Care: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other essential services to keep vehicles running smoothly.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Accurately handle customer funds, process transactions, and maintain a clean and welcoming waiting room.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a drug test.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Please note that the ability to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting is essential for this role.
