Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day leadership to the practice team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to execute business objectives and provide insights on execution.
- Serve as a liaison between doctors/providers and staff regarding work assignments and clinical priorities.
- Conduct regular audits of patient schedules, quality of data entry, and patient information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Assist the front office team in presenting post-exam consultations and financing options to patients.
- Partner with the Recruiting team to identify, select, and hire high-performing candidates.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Create and manage weekly team member schedules and labor costs.
- Exceptional customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Intermediate Google Suite proficiency, specifically Sheets & Documents.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a dental or medical clinic setting.
- Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-specialty office, is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or use of dental practice management software is a plus.
- CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications are a plus.
