About the Role:

The Cafeteria Associate will provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role involves operating the POS system, preparing and serving food, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate the POS system to process customer transactions and perform opening and closing operations.
  • Prepare, serve, and maintain quality of hot or cold food items.
  • Stock food items and disposables as assigned.
  • Follow and complete daily job routine and cleaning assignments.
  • Verify that products have accurate signage and pricing.

Work Environment:

The Cafeteria Associate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
