About the Role
The ESG Analyst II will play a key role in assessing and enhancing our company's sustainability and social responsibility efforts. This involves analyzing environmental, social, and governance data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the gathering and analysis of data from various sources, including internal reports, regulatory filings, and third-party assessments.
  • Evaluate our company's ESG performance against industry benchmarks, best practices, peer disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed ESG reporting for internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain ESG-related metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure our company's ESG practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainable practices.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging ESG issues, regulatory changes, and innovative practices, assessing potential impacts.
  • Develop and deliver awareness programs to promote a culture of sustainability.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant ESG work in a corporate environment, consulting, or corporate communications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in ESG and an aptitude for taking on other duties as required.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., GRI, CSRD, TCFD).
  • Robust analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) with the ability to provide succinct summaries and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage urgent and potentially conflicting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
