The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, this individual is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, including financial controls, people development, guest service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Assist in managing financial controls, including cash handling, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in the quick service restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, frequently standing for long periods and interacting with guests and team members. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions is required.
