Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Operate a forklift to receive and store materials, as well as to transport them to designated areas.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and retrieving materials as needed.
  • Stack and secure materials on pallets to prevent damage and ensure safe handling.
  • Assist in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of general warehouse experience, with prior experience in the tile/stone industry preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred but not necessary.
  • Good oral communication skills, with bilingual ability in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
