Role SummaryHealthCare Support is currently seeking a Lead Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations within a prominent retail pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute all duties of a licensed pharmacist while serving as a mentor for the pharmacy staff; effectively manage customer inquiries and streamline processes to minimize wait times.
- Design, implement, and oversee the sales strategy and initiatives established by the pharmacy division.
- Fulfill all responsibilities expected of a registered pharmacist in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Adaptable work schedule
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Valid pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Signing bonus eligibility.
