Job Summary

The Complimentary Breakfast Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth service delivery and address any concerns or issues.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing guest needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Availability: Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
