As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, who rely on your compassionate care. Your role will involve delivering nursing services in alignment with physician directives, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide resident assistants in their daily tasks.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as instructed by healthcare providers.
- Evaluate residents' responses to ongoing treatment plans.
- Provide necessary care to residents based on their individual needs.
- Assist the Assisted Living Director with staffing schedules and address daily staffing challenges.
- Supervise medication aides and caregivers to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
- Active LVN license required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare, human services, or community services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and leadership capabilities.
