Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Universal Healthcare Resources. As a NICU RN, you will provide round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants, ensuring their comfort, safety, and optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborn infants in the NICU
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Perform various medical procedures, including inserting IV lines, administering medications, and conducting tests
• Assist physicians with medical procedures and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU or pediatric critical care
• Level 3 experience required
