Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff assigned to a particular shift, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
